How long before I receive my order?
If you order today, your order will be delivered within two working days if the delivery address is in Belgium and if your article is available. For the Netherlands, France and Germany, it may take a day longer.
Which shipping costs must I pay for my order?
For orders to Belgium, there are no shipping costs! For orders to the Netherlands, France and Germany, you only pay €3.50.
Which methods of payment can I use?
There are many payment systems you can use: Visa and Mastercard, iDeal and GiroPay, Bancontact and Maestro, using the web application of the ING, Belfius and KBC/CBC banks, and by transfer. Payment is done through an FSL protected the server, so that your data is encrypted and your personal data secure.
I have received my order, but the item or appliance is defective. What should I do?

I ordered an accessory or appliance, but I am not satisfied. Can I return it?
If you are not satisfied with the appliance or accessory received, or you have ordered the wrong item, you may return the article to us free of charge within a period of 14 days after purchase. Contact our customer service using the contact form, telephone or e-mail, and they will be happy to help you in the return process.
