How long before I receive my order?
If you order today, your order will be delivered within two working days if the delivery address is in Belgium and if your article is available. For the Netherlands, France and Germany, it may take a day longer.
Which shipping costs must I pay for my order?
For orders to Belgium, there are no shipping costs! For orders to the Netherlands, France and Germany, you only pay €3.50.
Which methods of payment can I use?
There are many payment systems you can use: Visa and Mastercard, iDeal and GiroPay, Bancontact and Maestro, using the web application of the ING, Belfius and KBC/CBC banks, and by transfer.
