Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 100 g sugar
- 1.5 dl milk
- 1.5 dl cream
- 1 egg white
- A pinch of salt
- Lemon juice
Preparation
- First, beat the egg white until stiff.
- Then mix the sugar, milk, and cream well together.
- Add the beaten egg white, mashed bananas, and the other ingredients to the mixture.
- Stir everything well
- Pour into the ice cream machine.
- Time in the ice cream machine: approximately 60 minutes.
